  • Selling Furniture not suitable for HK's humidity.

    We bought a wardrobe Mid Nov 2014 from IKEA Kowloon. By May 2015 we noticed one of the doors is uneven to the other. After examination my husband thought it was bent. We suspected it was due to humidity. I contacted IKEA. They sent someone over to confirm our suspicion. Even IKEA staff agreed this model is not suitable for HK and same issue happened before. We are not the only one. They said IKEA customer service would contact me within 4 working days. After 5 working days I contacted them. Informed by Rosa Lau that the wardrobe has no warranty therefore I'm out of luck. As a goodwill... More...
