Totally bullshit
I went ikea Alexandra to purchase a cabinet. The tag stated contact staff the staff I approach I told him tat I need to get tat particular cabinet, take it tat as if he know every single hair abt the products. Just issue me a POS ORDER ask me go make payment the collect my stuff. A damn f**king attitude. Didn't even bother to confirm is it the right items I need. Causing to to carry a total of 50kg cabinet in 2 boxes back home then discover wrong item then makes me carry back to ikea and exchange. 2 trip 100kg. At exchange the stupid staff say no u open up the box u can't change WTF!!!!!! customer service officer say can staff say cannot.icannot.i nv insist to change there goes my hard earn money.. now change I have to carry 50kg back home... seriously ikea standard dropping from bad to worse. Staff are not train on products. Boycott ikea...
